Aecyon Management Business Innovation Studies (AMBIS) adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity, guided by the principles and best practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and aligned with ethical frameworks commonly applied by leading international publishers such as Elsevier, Springer, and Wiley. All parties involved authors, reviewers, editors, and the publisher are expected to uphold these ethical standards throughout the publication process.
1. Ethical Responsibilities of Authors

Authors must submit only original work that has not been previously published, is not under review elsewhere, and does not contain plagiarised content, falsified data, or fabricated results.
Authors must provide accurate descriptions of the methodology, findings, and analysis to ensure reproducibility and scientific transparency.
Raw data may be requested by the editors for verification and must be made available upon reasonable request.
1.2 Authorship Criteria
Authorship must be based on substantial scholarly contribution, including:

- All authors must:
- Approve the final version of the manuscript
- Agree to its submission
- Accept responsibility for the integrity of the work
- Guest, honorary, or gift authorship is strictly prohibited.

Authors must declare all potential conflicts of interest financial, academic, or personal that could influence the interpretation of the research findings.
1.5 Reporting of Errors and Corrections
Authors must promptly notify the editor if significant errors or inaccuracies are discovered in a submitted or published manuscript. Corrections, retractions, or amendments may be issued depending on the nature of the error.
2. Ethical Responsibilities of Editors

2.2 Confidentiality
Editors must ensure the confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts and must not disclose information about submissions to anyone beyond authorised parties (e.g., reviewers, editorial staff).
2.3 Conflict of Interest Management
Editors must recuse themselves from handling manuscripts in which they have competing interests. Unpublished materials may not be used for personal research or advantage.
